1st and 2nd class made some coasters for their Mums as a mother's day gift. As they were made from cork we had to mix glue in with the paint to stop it from just getting soaked up. They designed some lovely patterns to go on the coasters.
We also looked at the work of the artist Romero Britto and had fun trying to copy his style. He uses lots of patterns and lots of bright colours. The children did a great job.
