Today, we had a fun filled action packed Friday.
We enjoyed our GAA coaching session with Conor.
During our session, we focused on our balance and stability before finishing with a chasing game.
During the week, we heard the story about Plop the Owl who was afraid of the dark.
We learned how to draw owls and today we painted them. Well done children on all your beautiful art work.🖌️🎨
On Thursday, we enjoyed some reading time with our reading buddies.
For our Maths Talk on Friday , we continued to focus on which picture was the odd one out.
Today we looked at 3D shapes.
Lots of answers were suggested with great use of mathematical language to support their choices. We also continued our work on data and keeping tallies using dice.👏
Finally, this morning we welcomed lots of new furry cuddly friends to our classroom. We all got an introduction and later enjoyed a Teddy Bear's Picnic in the Community Centre.
