Today the 5th/6th class had a guided tour of Strandhill from Auriel Robinson in association with the Heritage Council. We explored coastal erosion, sea life, fossils, limestone, rock pools, history, folklore and much more. We were very lucky with such a nice day. We hiked as far as Killaspugbrone and back, stopping for lunch alongside the old ruins.
