We have been busy as usual this week. Some of the activities we have enjoyed included looking at our school and how it has changed over the years. There is a great photograph showing how the car park and entrance was at the front on the N17 🤯 The children were doing lots of number work this week and the juniors and seniors started to look at 3D shapes. We were learning names and properties - and it's hard to say sphere when your tooth is loose! Juniors began their new set of phonics, seniors and 1st Class were learning to write them in cursive style - they are getting so good! In pe we began orienteering- with maps of the school so hopefully no one gets lost..... Raff came in on Friday to do some soccer skills with us - Sligo Rovers will have lots of stars to sign up here! We also enjoyed buddy reading with new buddies for this term.
