After all the frosty weather, we were all delighted to get back to our school routine and see our friends again.
We got straight into researching the Vikings using our IT skills on the chrome books and the iPads. We put our research into our own words and added images too. Great IT skills. The children will be practicing their typing skills this term too.
We played Dodgeball in P.E. and wrote about how to play it step by step. We drew diagrams to help explain the rules too.
For our wellbeing we discussed things that make us feel good- from gaming, football, friends and movies. It’s important to recognise our feelings and take time to enjoy ourselves.
Finally here is a taste of what we are reading in class this week- a wide variety of books with some familiar titles like the ever popular Dogman and Wimpy kid. We are looking forward to starting our reading buddies again. A great chance to meet other school friends and practice our reading skills.
