Members of the Green School Committee were delighted to meet with Cllr Thomas Healy this afternoon. We had written to him with regards to our concerns about parking and the speed of traffic going through Ballinacarrow. He met with us today to explain that he and Cllr Dara Mulvey have a motion to present at the next council meeting. He invited the committee to attend this meeting- which we are all very excited about! He also explained that we as a committee have a few more letters to write to different groups so that's our next job. Hopefully we should see some more action in the new year.
