Picker Pals
Picker pals
Today Patrick from Picker Pals came to our school. He showed us his coat made out of all the litter he has picked up- phone cover, credit cards, sunglasses, paddington toy and a doll's head! Ms Harding had to wear the coat!
He also told us how picker pals started. The first picker pack was invented in 2019. It was from a pair of fishing trousers! He showed us some of his favourite pieces of litter that he found on the beach. There was as spout from a teapot.
Patrick signed one of our posters and we were very happy. He said "You guys are the best, thank you." He also said God loves a trier and to always follow your creative ideas!
We really enjoyed the visit from Picker Pals!
