Experiment-Dancing Raisins
Today we had our first experiment of Science Week. We got 2 clear glasses, raisins, tap water and sparkling water. First, we dropped raisins into the tap water and discovered that they sank to the bottom of the glass. Then we dropped the raisins into the glass of sparkling water. What happened? The raisins sank to the bottom but we watched closely and after a few seconds, they floated up to the top, then sank again- dancing in the water!
We all really enjoyed watching the raisins dancing!
