Spring is in the air!
Sasa/Bonjour/Dia Dhuit/Ola!!!
We have started some daily jogging to enjoy the sunny weather. There are lots of signs of Spring around the school, thanks to Trisha for getting all the planting started. We will look forward to seeing what grows successfully!
We read a story about giving the plants a “pep talk” to encourage growth. Don’t laugh if you hear us chatting to the plants! 🪴 There are green sprouts popping up all over the yard- plenty of daffodils and bluebells too.
We have been busy decorating for St. Patrick’s Day- plenty of colourful shamrocks.
We also decorated flags to represent our growing school culture! Wow what a collection of flags- we noticed lots of similarities between them. Can you recognise the flags? We learned a lot about Kenya this week - “Sasa” means Hello!
We have made a display to celebrate the 50th year of the band. We have really worked so hard this year to practice and perfect our tunes. Well done to you all- we are so proud of our school band. We are looking forward to the big day on Monday! ☘️ 🎶
