This week in maths senior infants have continued to work on data. They were sorting objects to display in a pictogram - they sorted by colour and also by the number of holes in the buttons! 1st class were working on 2D shapes, they named them, made them and made shadow pictures using shapes. The junior infants were working on time - we sang a great day's of the week song 🎵 and we were sequencing our daily routine. In sphe we continued thinking about how to take care of ourselves by chatting about going to the doctors. In drama we all got a chance to be doctors, nurses and patients. On Thursday we always enjoy buddy reading 📚 Conor came again to do some Gaelic training with us - we learned to hold the ball at the top to bounce it. 1st class got chance to use the whisper phones to listen to themselves read. Once again we enjoyed our annual teddy bears picnic - it was so much fun. Thanks to you all for your generosity in this fundraiser for North West Hospice. 🧸 🐻
