This week in the Junior Room we have enjoyed more training with Darragh. We planted some seeds - expect some chives, turnips, carrots, lettuce and spinach to be heading home ...eventually! We also got out to plant some strawberries and potatoes 🥔.
In art we continued to practice weaving, this time using card. We were all pleased with the results.
2nd class were still measuring in maths - this time using rulers.
In music we chatted about Elvis - who??? But when we listened to "Blue Suede Shoes" the infants had some great moves.
Finally, 1st and 2nd class made some stop motion movies with the pupils in 5th and 6th class which turned out great.
