We started our well being week with our GAA coaching sessions this morning. Thanks to Darragh for all his great teaching this year.
We also had time to do a mindful walk to admire some of the biodiversity in our yard. Imagine we found 17 colours in the yard - all natural! We had a scavenger hunt too; we had to find something crunchy, grey, multi coloured, smaller than your hand etc ! Lots of good answers!
3rd and 4th enjoyed lunch outside too.
We also had time to work on our theme parks that we started on Friday. From galaxy world, South Park adventure, wonder land and wonderful world and waterworld- they are really creative! The next Disney land in the making… watch this space.
